I just finished researching the current ESWG members to include snail mail addresses for my Amish friends and hit pay dirt with a whole lot more info. I paid for a one day membership to one of those "find people" sites to find some of these addresses and updated phone numbers. And speaking of which, J. Amelita, has at least FOUR current addresses under her current and old last name. There were 2 more that might have been her as well but I could not verify them as no age was listed (yes, I managed to get her date of birth too). While I was at it, I searched for the company she claimed she is CEO of when she responded to Gisela's letter to the editor in TheHorse.com - could NOT find it! She is an interesting person to say the least. Dr. Jim Morehead might be listed as AAEP on the ESWG site but in reality, he is the resident veterinarian for a huge RACING farm. Cindy Schonholtz might be listed as American Youth Council but she is also an officer with the CO Horse Council and has ties to Dr. Marvin Beeman with other committees. Dan Fick of The Jockey Club worked for the AQHA racing division for 21 years before taking a job with The Jockey Club. It's quite an incestuous little group . And - did you know that the Appaloosa and Paint registries now have racing divisions?! I will post the updated info in a series of e-mails since it's too long to fit in just one.
